Hi, I’m Cara. I’m a writer with a background in Creative Writing and English (and yes, I have dyslexia… so you will absolutely see typos — it’s part of the charm). I care a lot about what it means to heal, grow, and figure yourself out while still living real life. I’ve lived through loss, instability, anxiety, depression, and the kind of experiences that force you to rebuild more than once. I’ve taken psychology classes, done research, sat in counseling, and put in the work to understand my patterns, and the patterns of other humans who are also just trying their best.

I’m not a doctor or a therapist, and I don’t want to be. I’m more of a friend‑meets‑mentor‑meets‑life‑coach type. I’m here for the part where we stop staying stuck in what happened and start figuring out what’s next. Life can be a mess. It can be unfair. It can downright suck. I’m not here to pretend the mess doesn’t exist. I’m here to acknowledge it, learn from it, and reshape it into something that actually helps us move forward.

I write for women who are tired of being strong all the time, who want truth without judgment, and who want conversations that don’t avoid the hard stuff but actually adds value. I take lived experiences and turn them into something useful (while also being exhausted, because, well, same).

If you’re healing, rebuilding, or becoming someone new, you’re in the right place. This isn’t about pretending we have it all figured out. It’s about sharing what helps, not gatekeeping it. Life will still life. People, places, and things will still drive you up a wall.

The goal isn’t perfection — it’s learning to balance your emotions and respond in a way that feels more balanced. And yes, there will still be days that feel impossible. That’s normal. That’s human. And we’re doing it anyway.
